We built Figr to make online shopping feel more like trying things on in real life. That means we handle some personal data — including photos you upload — and we want to be completely upfront about how we use it. No legalese, no runaround.

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use Figr, we may collect:

• Account info — name, email, password when you register
• Photos — images you upload for the Try-On feature, used only for fitting
• Garment choices — what you browse or try on
• Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, pages visited
• Payment info — processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store card details
• Messages to us — support queries, feedback, survey responses

2. How we use it

To run the Try-On widget, personalise your experience, send you updates, improve our algorithms, prevent fraud, show relevant ads, and understand how the product performs. We never use your photos to infer race, ethnicity, or health. We don't use sensitive data for profiling or targeted advertising.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers — companies that help us run Figr (hosting, payments, analytics). They can only use your data to work for us.
• Brand partners — retailers who use our Try-On technology in their storefronts
